The Relation-ship Self-Paced Programme is a digital couples course delivered as a password-protected website. It comprises three modules and fifteen sessions, totalling approximately twelve hours of guided exercises.
Access is granted per couple following purchase. The access code provided is for the personal use of the purchasing couple only and must not be shared with others.
The programme is priced at £297 per couple, payable in full at the time of purchase. All prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
You will receive a receipt by email upon successful payment, along with your access code and course link.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the programme content for personal use. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as Relation-ship Ltd operates and provides the programme in its current form.
14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you complete the programme and feel it was not worth the investment, contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@lifetogether.uk and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase without giving a reason. However, by accessing the programme content, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate access to digital content and that your statutory right to cancel may be affected.
In practice, we honour refund requests within 14 days regardless of whether you have accessed the content — see our satisfaction guarantee above. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refund requests made after 14 days from purchase will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

We collect your name and email address at the time of purchase in order to deliver your access code and provide customer support. We do not sell your data to third parties. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; please refer to Stripe's privacy policy for details of how payment data is handled.
The programme itself stores any reflections or notes you enter only in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relation-ship Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the programme. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the programme.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
